I can’t say enough positive things about Crest. I’m a retired boutique property manager in San Diego who has a place in Tempe. Even though they do not advertise themselves as that, their attention to my requests makes me feel like I’m their only client. They are a one stop shop – they engage with the tenant, make visits to ensure the unit is still up to high standards, address the tenants concerns in a timely manner, and have a great in house maintenance department that does great cost effective work. I recently had an opportunity to meet their client (my tenant) who could not say enough positive things about Crest. Full circle. That’s the best thing I could hear.
