First of all, Euphemia and Sherman thank you!
I had a few days till the end of my lease, I called Euphemia and within minutes she was showing us a rental. She went far beyond her duty to help me and my family.
Within the first month of renting their beautiful home in Tempe, Dulce had to deal with a lot and I respect her very much for always taking care of business and doing the best she could to make us very happy and comfortable.
Further into our lease Euphemia and Sherman helped us purchase our first home. Now I have to tell you, our first choice didn’t go as planned and Euphemia did all she could, even when I was getting stressed and upset with the sellers and their agent. Yet Euphemia was there to calm me down and help ease my stress and told me she won’t let us down. And she didn’t!!!
We are three days before we close and Sherman has pushed and worked hours to get things done while Euphemia helps out while running the business, but she is always checking up on how we are…that’s love and respect! She is truly amazing!
By far I believe if you need a home to rent, a home to buy, Crest Premier Properties is the number one rental agency and realtor company of them all. TOP SHELF if you ask me.
They take care of you and will make sure of all your needs are met. Not to mention if you can’t rent a home just move in with Euphemia!! (Just kidding Euphemia!)

Rented a house in Tempe from Crest Premier Properties and we had a great relationship. After responding to an ad on Zillow Euphemia reached out immediately and we had a showing scheduled the very next day. We had an easy move in and the house was in excellent condition. After move in they were pretty hands off which was nice to have some peace. The few issues we did run into Sherman responded the same day resolving them. The company recently signed up with AppFolio giving us the ability to pay online which we loved! All and all it was a great experience, Sherman and Euphemia are kind fair people.

The online system they have implemented is user friendly and a “one stop shop” covering all matters with an awesome interface that is user friendly!
